01. Individual Counselling

Individual counselling provides a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and concerns in a confidential and non-judgmental setting.

Through the therapeutic process, you have the opportunity to gain insight into your own experiences, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and work towards personal growth and healing.

Individual counselling can help you navigate life’s challenges, manage stress, improve self-esteem, and develop coping strategies to enhance overall well-being. It is a collaborative journey where you can feel heard, validated, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.

Sessions are 1 hr and are typically weekly, available both in person and online.

02. Relationship Counselling

Relationship counselling is a valuable resource for couples seeking to improve their communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their emotional connection.

Couples can address underlying issues, gain insight into their dynamics, and learn effective tools to enhance their relationship. Relationship counselling can benefit couples at any stage of their relationship.

Pre-marital counselling provides a supportive environment for couples to openly discuss important topics and develop strategies for building a strong foundation for their future together. This is offered in a 6 session package.

Sam is proud to be a member of the Queer Community and welcomes those from the LGBTQIA+ community and their unique challenges within their relationship and community.

Sessions can be 1 hr or 90 min and are typically fortnightly. Available in person and online

03. Family Counselling

Family counselling is a therapeutic approach that aims to improve communication, foster understanding, and strengthen relationships within a family unit.

It provides a safe and supportive space for family members to address conflicts, resolve issues, and work towards creating a healthier and more harmonious family dynamic.

Family counselling helps families identify patterns of interaction, explore underlying emotions, and develop effective strategies for problem-solving and conflict resolution. It also promotes empathy, encourages open and honest communication, and encourages family members to support and validate each other’s experiences.

Family counselling can be particularly beneficial during times of transition, such as divorce, remarriage, or the blending of families, as it helps families navigate these changes and build resilience.

04. Group Programs & Workshops

I offer a wide range of groups and workshops in the areas of parenting, relationships, self-care, and emotional regulation.

These groups and workshops provide a supportive and educational environment for individuals seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge in these important areas of life.
