Individual counselling is a personal and confidential process where you work one-on-one with a trained therapist to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
It’s a supportive space to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and personal growth. There is no wrong reason to go to therapy.
You’ll receive personalised attention, expert guidance, and a safe, non-judgmental environment to help you navigate life’s challenges.
Sessions are 50minutes, typically weekly/fortnightly, and available both in person and online.
